Custom Seal roofing materials are 80% preassembled at our plant and then carefully shipped to the contractor. Holbrook's Roofing Co., designs the remaining details that need to be finished on-site for ease of installation.
This means that the Custom Seal seams and details are for the most part prefabricated in a controlled environment instead of the unpredictable weather in the field.
